"Absolutely disgusted. Arrived to pick up my car and noticed a big scratch on it that wasn't there when I dropped it off. The driver then REFUSED to give me the keys to my car until I'd signed the slip to say I was satisfied the car was returned to me in its original state! I reluctantly signed but made damn sure he knew I wasn't happy. Took a photo and will be contacting these people!"
