"Arrival process was absolutely excellent however the collection was poor . We always use simply park and fly but this time was a different experience when collecting our car ( previously it’s been very good ) . on arrival back to Heathrow we called as requested immediately when landed and again when we had all our bags however when getting to car park at terminal 3 we had to wait 45 mins for the car to be delivered .
